With a 30-year legacy of science and innovation, Obagi has led transformative research that has met the needs of every skin tone and type.

We believe skin care is more than “correcting” or even “preventing,” it’s about unleashing your skin’s full potential. That’s why at Obagi we create inclusive products that support the diversity we all bring to the table. It’s about developing scientifically backed, clinical-quality formulations to promote healthy, future-facing skin. We see the future of skin care ahead of us, and we’re making a conscious effort to make sure everyone is represented—not just for today but for many more tomorrows, too.

Because, just like the people who use our products, we’re not interested in looking backwards. We’re creating the future of skin care—and a community of future fearless customers who remind us why they choose Obagi.

The Obagi Blue Peel Radiance is a clinic grade skin peel treatment performed by a qualified member of the team.

This peel is a minimally invasive treatment. It increases cell turnover, removes dead skin cells and gives the skin a healthy glow.

Prior to the treatment, your skin will be fully prepared using an Obagi cleanser and preparation solution. The acid-based peel solution will then be applied and left on your skin for up to 10 minutes, this may vary from individual to individual. Post treatment, Obagi products will be applied to hydrate, soothe and protect the skin.

You will leave the clinic wearing an SPF 50 (sun protection) to protect your skin. We advise that this is worn for a minimum of five days post peel. For the continual protection of your skin we advise daily use of an SPF with a high level of UVA/UVB protection.

We recommend 4-6 weeks between each Obagi Blue Peel Radiance treatment.

Prior to Treatment

To ensure that you receive the best possible results, preparation prior to treatment is a vital part of the process.

  • Prepare skin with our recommended skincare regime.

  • Avoid waxing or laser for 48 hours prior to treatment.

  • If you are using any product/s containing vitamin A, glycolic (or any resurfacing ingredient) as a part of your skin care regime, you are advised to stop using these for three days prior to treatment.

  • Please notify the clinic in good time of any medications that you are taking. Taking certain prescription medications (for example, Roaccutane) may mean that you cannot be treated.

  • Please notify your Practitioner if your medical status changes or if you become pregnant.

Specially customised for your skin after a thorough consultation and skin analysis, and includes deep pore cleansing, exfoliation, and moisturisation steps to help revitalize and improve your complexion.

Step 1 - Skin Consultation
After the initial skin consultation, your professionally trained specialist will cleanse your skin with an Obagi cleanser customised for your skin type and condition.

Once your skin is clean and fresh, your professionally trained specialist can thoroughly analyse your skin and find the essential skin care products right for you.

Step 2—Exfoliation
To prep your skin, your professionally trained specialist will apply an Obagi Toner.

Next is the chemical exfoliation step. Your professionally trained specialist will apply Obagi Exfoderm® Forte to the entire face to remove dead skin cells, revealing new, fresh cells underneath.

Step 3 - Hydrate and Protect
As the finishing step, your professionally trained specialist will gently massage the Obagi Hydrate® facial moisturiser evenly to the entire face.

Lastly, he or she will apply Sun Shield Matte Broad Spectrum SPF 50 to help protect your skin from the sun's harmful UV rays.
